The name you use when you register must match exactly the name on the identification document (ID) or passport you will bring on the day of exam.
If the names do not match, you will not be able to take test.
Name changes cannot be made on the day of exam.
The Middle Name field is optional - however, if your ID shows a middle name, you should enter it so your registration name exactly matches your ID.
